December Features and Updates

As many of you may know from our last update, we completely rebuilt and migrated our technology to a new system on November 1st, 2022. Since then, we've been able to make changes to bug fixes and requests quite quickly. Below are all new updates and features since our transition:

Added Favorites feature.
Fix Favorites bug: all favorited listings correctly auto populate the listing.
Added the Preferred Host program.
Added a way to copy your listing link and share it on social media.
Added photo carousel.
Increased loading speeds with internal optimization.
Added dynamic pricing for Hostfully listings.
User interface fixes to listing calendar. Previously you could not click the next month on smaller screens.
Added links to all Homads cities (sitemap)
Create Homads monthly stays for each city.
Added message to let guests know where to modify or delete their listing alerts.
Improved search tools to increase search speeds and map loads.
Added search filters.
Added Hostfully integration with complete Homads updates each time a Hostfully user updates their listing.
Added max duration to listings.
Fixed calendar block bug.
Allow users to open a new tab for each listing on the search page.
Added Homads blog.
Added avatar photo for empty names.
Added calendar legend to clearly show which dates are booked and available.
Added number of bedroom and bathrooms in listing details.
Added ability to sign on or sign up with Facebook.
Added pricing breakdown when guest puts in move in and move out dates.
Bug fix: Create Listing button properly working.
Added ability to delete listing.
Design changes to Message page.
Bug fix: New photos not showing in add listing and listing page.
Added View listing on Manage listings page.
Added ability to reorder photos.
